1. Explore The Rock of Cashel

Rock of Cashel is an iconic ecclesiastical site and one of Ireland’s top attractions. The medieval buildings have stunning views of the surrounding farmlands. The 12th Century Tower is the oldest surviving building on the Rock.
2. Visit Cahir Castle

Cahir Castle is one of Ireland’s largest castles, located on the River Suir. In 1142 it was built by Conor O’ Brien, Prince of Thomond. Now situated in the centre of Cahir Town in Tipperary the castle is a popular tourist attraction site and has guided tours and audiovisual shows.
3. Explore The Cavers at Mitchelstown Cave

Mitchelstown Cave is situated in Tipperary over the border from Mitchelstown in County Cork. It was discovered in 1833 when a man accidentally found a series of underground chambers and cavers when retrieving a fallen crowbar. A number of these caverns are open to the public and guided tours are given.
4. Look Inside The Beautiful Swiss Cottage

Swiss Cottage is a 19th Century cottage near the town of Cahir in Tipperary. It is an ideal countryside cottage used for picnics, soirees, fishing and hunting parties. Inside there is a beautiful spiral staircase with decorated rooms.
5. Visit Hore Abbey

Hore Abbey is Ireland’s last medieval Cistercian Monastery, founded in 1273 in Tipperary just off Cashel. Hore Abbey consisted of a cruciform Gothic Church, tower, square cloister and living quarters.
