After conducting some internet-based research on things to do in Leitrim we compiled a list of the results we found. This list is not ranked in order of popularity.
1. Go See The Amazing Glencar Waterfall
Location: Formoyle, Glencar, Co. Leitrim

Glencar Waterfall reaches 50 ft high and is located near Glen car Lough in Leitrim. There is an amazing atmosphere here. There is a wooded walk and platforms to view the waterfall at different locations. The site is free to visit and onsite there is a car park, picnic area, public toilets, playground and a tourist information point.
2. Explore Parke’s Castle

Parke’s Castle is a restored castle of the 17th Century on the shores of Lough Gill in County Leitrim. It came into the possession of Sir Roger Parke in 1628 who completed the fortified manor house at the centre of the older Gaelic Castle.
3. Walk along The Acres Lake Floating Boardwalk

Acres Lake Floating Boardwalk is a floating boardwalk around the lake, which extends the walking and cycling trails connecting it to Leitrim Village. It is a unique experience walking over the sea and perfect for a nice walking trail with your partner, friends or family.
4. Look Back at 1930’s Ireland at Glenview Folk Museum

Glenview Folk Museum is outside Ballinamore in Leitrim, set up in the year 2000. The museum consists of different attractions from old household and far items to vehicles and a full street scene to give you a feel of 1930’s life in Ireland.
