1. Learn The History of The Early Settlers at Irish National Heritage Park

Irish National Heritage Park is located outside of Wexford Town. The Park has a heritage experience in Ireland that brings life to over 9,000 years of Irish History. There are spectacular views of the River Slaney estuary. Onsite you can explore historic buildings and settlements to see how early settler’s lived. There are over 40 acres of beautiful woodland with historic sites, trails, activities and more dotted around the Park.
2. Explore The Beautiful Gardens at Johnstown Castle Estate, Museum & Gardens

Johnstown Castle Estate, Museum & Gardens is situated in County Wexford. You can take a gorgeous walk through the gardens, lake walks and woodlands. Peacocks strut past while you’re walking so you’re with the wildlife. The castle is located lakeside and features Gothic Towers, waterfalls and statues. There is lots of free parking on-site so no need to worry about it.
3. Watch a Show At The National Opera House

The National Opera House, formerly known as the Wexford Opera House is a theatre in Wexford. It was opened in 2008 in a stunning landmark building in the harbour town of Wexford and offers two different performance spaces. Onsite there is also a number of bars and dining spaces that are available for private functions. They present Irish and International events, opera, music, family events, comedy, theatre and dance.
