When you arrive explore the courtyard and imagine the activities that took place here many years ago. In the visitor centre, there are exhibitions involving 3D Technology, 3D Models and much more.

The Milk Market is a food market located in Limerick, one of the oldest in Ireland. There is a variety of foods sold here despite the name. The main day of the market is Saturday but it is opened both Friday and Sunday also if you want to have a browse at the local produce on sale.
3. Learn about Limerick’s History at The Hunt Museum

The Hunt Museum provides and exhibits artefacts collected by John and Gertrude Hunt, known as the Hunt Collection. The museum displays its own collection as well as exhibitions with local, national and international significance.

Thomond Park is a stadium located in Limerick. The stadium is owned by the Irish Rugby Football Union and has Munster Rugby, Shannon RFC and UL Bohemian RFC as tenants. The stadium can hold over 25,000 thousand spectators and they also have a range of conference & banqueting facilities.
5. Have a Picnic at People’s Park

People’s Park is an ideal location for a picnic in Limerick which also features a children’s playground to keep the family entertained. There is a drinking fountain that was recently refurbished in the Park. Onsite is also Limerick City Gallery of Art, playground, a band stand and 2 park shelters. The Park has a beautiful selection of flowers and trees.
